Depending on country of destination, various customs fees, duties and taxes are applicable - where possible, they will be calculated in our online shop during the ordering process. We will credit the German VAT (usually 19%) and collect the destination country's VAT and customs duties directly during check-out.
In this case you pay a final price - no further hassle with customs clearance and VAT refund!

1 Direct Debit: Recommended within Germany - most convenient payment method with immediate shipping and debit after delivery. Only possible from a German bank account.
2 Advance Payment: Bank wire transfer to one of our bank accounts.
3 Invoice: Available on request for resellers within Germany, payment terms 7 days net.
4 Cash-on-delivery (COD): Amount due will be collected by UPS at delivery without further fees.
5 PayPal: Recommended outside Germany - buyer protection, instant payment confirmation and immediate shipping.
6 Credit Card: We accept Visa and Mastercard in our online shop.

Shipping costs depend on destination country and size/weight of the shipment, indicated by shipping units (SU) in our online-shop. Shipping units (SU) represent an item's size and/or weight for packing and shipping. 1 regular bottle (0,25 - 1,5 litre) = 1 SU.
We usually process your order within one business day and deliver with UPS, on specific request also with DHL. Please indicate any special requests and shipping instructions in the comments-field in your order.
All products with a green stock indicator (BUY NOW button) are in stock and will usually be delivered within three business days. Please note that delivery of out-of-stock items with a yellow indicator might take longer. Move your mouse over the stock indicator to get additional information on stock level and supply situation.

7 Value-added tax (VAT): For orders from and deliveries to countries outside of the EU we will credit the German VAT (usually 19%) and charge the destination country's VAT directly during check-out in our online shop.
8 Customs duties: For deliveries to some countries customs fees, duties and taxes for importing wine, spirits and sparkling wine are applicable. We will charge any applicable customs duties directly during check-out in our online shop.
Packing - Damage during Transport
We ship using special PTZ-approved cardboard boxes for glass bottles, so your precious wine is well protected against any damage during transport. Although unlikely and very rare, we are insured against any damage during shipping and will reimburse or replace any broken bottles after return. In case of apparent damage during transport (glass shards, soaked packing) please have the deliverer document the damage or -in case of obvious total damage- refuse acceptance of the shipment and have the package returned to us.
