Description
Ein Nachbar der berühmteren Riede Lamm, eine kalkhaltige Lage am Fuße des Heiligenstein bzw. Gaisberges mit Löss und Gneis-Verwitterungsböden. Mittleres Grüngelb, in der Nase Melone, Apfel, Mirabellen, daneben Apfelblüten und rosa Pfeffer, ganz leichte Hefe-Reduktion. Am Gaumen eine saftige Textur mit dezenter Säure, zart tabakig, baut sehr guten Druck auf, klasse Veltliner mit Schmelz und schöner Pfefferwürze im Abgang, lang. Hat alles was einen großen Weißwein auszeichnet! [GB 09/2023]
