Cabernet Franc

This variety is exotic in Austria, very rarely even made into single variety wines. His very intense vegetal flavours, and intensive care of the grapevine seem to avoid this grape from becoming more popular among the winemakers. A very good example of a successful blend with Cabernet Franc is Feiler-Artinger’s 1010.
